Brett Zimmerman
Brett Zimmerman is an associate professor of English at York University, in Toronto, Canada. He is the author of numerous scholarly essays in academic journals and magazines. He has also published two books with McGill-Queen's University Press: "Edgar Allan Poe: Rhetoric and Style," and "Herman Melville: Stargazer."
Self-published books include "Fun with Fallacies: How to Win More Arguments--or at Least Keep from Making an Ass of Yourself," which can be found on and purchased from Blurb.com.

Perhaps the only thing more stunning than Toronto's skyline by day is the skyline by night. I had to retouch this pic, though, because the original had all kinds of lights in the sky above the city, as if a ghost city hovered above, or numerous UFOs. We can only guess that those lights were internal reflections--the city lights bouncing around inside the camera lens.
