That part isn't nasty, but further down Flagler Street is a bit rough.

Since I took that shot, it's changed around there. Both gas stations on the other side of the road have now closed and even the restaurant that operated out of the site of a former gas station closed down.

Well, its not my view anymore, I moved 3 months ago to a new-built house on the grass you can see in this picture. Its not the same. A couple of the buildings are not being destroyed but doubt they will get a face-lift either. The wide, flat building at the back is cordoned off, ready for deconstruction.
