A shame the original house had to be destroyed but can understand why. The SOB owner Rudy Altobeli sued Sharon Tate's estate for damages and her poor father had to clean up the blood and other mess. I cannot imagine the poor man, A WWII Vet on his hands and knees cleaning up his daughter's blood.
