I am writing to ask if you would be willing to allow the Abbe Museum to use this wonderful photo in an upcoming exhibit at the museum. The photo would be used to illustrate a Penobscot story about a moose hunt that will be featured in the exhibit, People of the First Light, opening in May. We would of course include a credit line. I can be contacted at julia@abbemuseum.org if you have any questions. Thank you!
How deep is the water here? I was thinking of heading out on a canoe to try to get pictures of birds and stuff. But its december, when the place is loaded with them. Looks to be somewhat open water, so that makes me nervous. Just wondering how it is to navigate.

I've explored Parkers Creek and this shorline all my life. Always surprizes and a wonderful escape!
