This photo was taken on the trail from the falls to the lake. It is a PSEA camp (PG&E employee's) Friends of ours vacation there every year. There is a trail around the lake to get to it. People staying at the PSEA lodge walk to Burnry falls store for supplies etc.
As of July 2009 it has been moved next to the water on the lot on the South side of West D St., where it will be converted into a Bed & Breakfast. If you visit Benicia, be sure to visit; the owner has mounted (on the fence around the building) photos and the history of this old building .
