I took some friends for an outrigger canoe ride here in the 70's. (My Dad was a missionary there at the time) The canoe tipped over and we all fell out. When I stood up, the outrigger came over and hit me on th head cutting it open. We had to rush back to Alofi so I could get stitches. (Second time I'd had stitches on Niue) My fault for taking a canoe on a Sunday !

Awesome. I went to church many times at Avatele in the 1960s. We lived in Alofi. My Dad was the LMS missionary there at the time :)
