Hi Oz, I really like this one, the layered hills in the sunset are awesome! Greetings, Greg.
Ed - Glad you enjoy the photos. I'm not aware of any other trail into Sand Lake, other than the one from Wanakena. That said, I took my sonby that trail , 13 miles or so each way, when he was twelve. He did at least as well as me. Bring you swim suits :) Tom
WOW, very good lookin people. If you wish click here for early school picture of me.

Hello Peter, Bruce. Thanks for dropping by gentlemen. Regards from Western Australia :-)
Thank you, Lex. Glad you enjoyed the photo.
I was stationed there in '76. There are or were two of these planes there at that time. We called them "Snoopy" and "Red Baron". Even got some Ivory tusks off the skulls of some of the dead sea llions that washed up from storms... Also, was stationed at Indian Mountain AFS... the rock of a million years, wasted lives and wasted tears...
Oh wait here it is..... Thanks Paulo et al for the visits. :-)
Love these old shots from the 70"s!
Glad you enjoyed them. I haven't been back since 1972, but from what I hear, things have changed drasticly up north.
