This is definitely an M60A1. An M60A3 has a thermal shroud around the main gun. An M60A3 will have a mast for the cross-wind sensor on the back of the turret. An M60A3 normally does not have a searchlight mount because with TTS the searchlight was not needed. This type track, T-142, replaced the older T-97 track and was used on all M60 series vehicles as well as the M48A5.
Vimoutiers "Tiger" tank was on the 7th German Army at the Battle of Normandy, 21 August 1944. "Tiger" tank was rebuilt and a historic monument in 1975.
