Wow...this takes me back. My grandmother owned the house closest to the railroad tracks. Unfortunately she sold it in the early 90's. If you look at the middle of the railroad trestle, just to the right of the piling on the floating dock, there is a white dot. It is a piece of metal my grandfather hung after clearing the pilings underneath so boats could pass through. I love it, do you have any more pictures of the area?
