Queen Anne Victorian building built in 1889, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building is owned by Bill Canty, and the main office for Canty Financial Management, a Tax and Investment Advisory firm.
This was originally the Gertrude McCoy Theater, opened around 1915. It became the Fulton Theater in 1927 and closed in 1952. In 1973 it became a church until a fire in July, 2007. As of January 2013 the ruin is still standing.
Marni Harvey and I all live in the SWEETEST apartment in that office tower. Like on the 15th floor or something. The view od Long island sound and the rest of Downtown Stamford was amazing.
This photo has being taken at the corner of ave U and Coney Island Ave, looking toward the North East direction but mistakenly located at the South East corner of East 18th street and Kings Highway.
A descriptive title would be useful. The photograph is not well framed, cutting off the bottom of the building. The image is very grainy, which could be from over-use of digital zoom.

This structure was imploded. It is no longer standing.
The photo is in the wrong place. I have no idea where it belongs!

Nice shot of Fulton
Hahaha... what is up with that? Did that actually happen or is that a really good Photoshop job? It's great!
