I just want you to know that, although lately I almost didn´t comment your photos, I'm glad I met you and choosed you as one of my favourite photographers.
By watching your photos I got to know so many amazing and wonderful places that I couldn´t even dream they exist ... not to mention that it was with them that I learned the little I know about photography...
This is my favourite picture in your gallery, so I´m adding it to my “♥ photos list”! Thanks for everything, my dear friend :)
Well, that answers the question that has been bothering me all these years. Thank you.
I don't think the Oregon Redwood Park was there when my parents took family vacations in the area, or I would have noticed. We used to visit Woodruff's Lily farm on the coast below Harbor every summer in the 50's and early 60's. And also the Prehistoric Gardens further North.
I will be sure to try to find the trees on the Winchuck and upload pictures, maybe later this year.
I have uploaded some pix of what I thought were the southernmost redwoods in the Owings Memorial Grove. They've been approved for G-E but haven't appeared yet. I now have found out there seem to be some a little further south near Salmon Creek Falls which is north of Ragged Point.
Why i never saw this picture? A stunning one, my favorite.Congratulations from Porugal and view mine and comment if you please.Muito Obrigado.Very good endeed.

I think you are correct. Thanks for the help.

Great picture.
Just a minor note... the bridge from which this picture was taken is more commonly referred to as "Second Bridge" by the local community.

This is where a young Abe Lincoln gets the river barge he owned stuck on the wooden dam that you see at the base of the New Salem Grist Mill.
