Punishment and cut the hands of those steeling goods to curb the level of crime.
Well we are returning to Muslims traditions and justice big way. The problem I have is this; this punishment system is built on the presupposition of fair system and that these criminals have other alternatives to conduct normal life but neither the system is fair nor did those criminals get what keeps them away from these deeds. The system is accepting corruption as a policy to keep things as they are.
The system is bribing some Algerians against others (through trade, through housing, through other rights and privileges). For these religious people I say you should combat your wickedness before targeting weak individuals and make a mockery of our religion among other nations. Those speaking in the name of religion have no right to do so. You can’t be ignorant and represent god in the same time. God is not ignorant; he is not unfair as you are. I wonder what is their opinion on things like human rights.
I am religious myself but I don’t see the religious people fit to talk about justice before they express their opinion on matters such as the good ruler, the rights of individuals and groups and get involved in solving people problems or at least be aware of them.
Cutting the hands of people is no less than cutting wages and privileges. Employees!!!
