All you have to do is just uploading and then mapping it. A team will decide within 2 to 4 weeks if your photo is qualified for being selected to be shown on GoogleEarth. Albeit, there are some criteria but if your photo is from landscapes or historical buildings(not indoor), it is usually selected. If you need help in Mapping the photo, contact me again. Good Luck
