Icracked up when I saw thispicture - when I was in high school we would go here at night on weekends and party on the beach - we called the place "thousand steps!" I remember going there one night when the tide was high and the water was washing up on the last steps.
I fell from the top of the fall to the floor of the canyon - 80 feet - when I was 11 years old.
DON'T LEAN ON THE FENCE! It was Memorial day, 1977. A man climbing the wall of the canyon fell and broke his back. Don't climb the walls, the stone is very soft. Five people fell off the canyon that day. Please be careful!
