Very. I live in Toronto and visit the area frequently (nice Chinese food place down by where this was taken) because I'm from there. Always see boats docked there. Lucky people had a great view of the fireworks for Canal Days.

View from the Weir up-river. Notice the flooded barge in the background.

Barge broke free while building the infrastructure for the Hydro, and was sunk by men on-board to prevent it going over the falls.
