I used to trailer down to Bay of LA in the 80's. We camped on this beach with another boat and they had a short anchor line which meant that when the inevitable night winds came up their boat was blown into the sea of cortez at maybe 2 or 3 am. I found it in the pitch dark almost out of sight of the cove. God protects dummies I guess.
I must thank you from the depths of my soul for this photo. It is the germ of a dream - to buy a sailboat and live aboard, cruising the Sea of Cortez and exploring.
Great photo! I spent 2 days in this cove when I did my Baja Circumnavigation. Can I use this picture in the book? I will give you full credit. www.CarlosFiesta.com
