Hola, Esta foto debe ser del tramo que está cerca de Chala (Areuqipa), la pampa esta cerca al mar y siempre hay mucho viento y la arena invade la pista con frecuencia, hay un letrero cerca que dice "zona de arenamiento", preciosa la foto por cierto.
