My Uncle own this beach house and its name is Pink Perfection. He invites his family and friends to vacation here every summer. I have been visiting this house since I was an infant. This house hold many fond memories of me and my cousins playing and growing up together. It has the only platform with a roof on the Southern Shores beach. It was built before building code didn't allow roofs. When the platform is damaged in hurricanes, my uncle has to obtain a building permit to be able to build the roof as long as it is exactly like the original.

This is the only platform on the beach of Southern Shores with a roof on top. My uncles owns this property and invites his family and friends to vacation here every summer. My uncle has had to obtain permits to rebuild this structure when hurricanes have damaged it.
