During our travels both close to home and far away, my wife and I attempt to find peace in various natural settings which help us draw close to the Lord. With our camera we try to capture a glimpse of what we are experiencing and often find ourselves awe-inspired by what He has made. I would like to thank all the visitors from around the world who have taken time to view our extensive gallery. I would be happy to help provide anyone who has a like-minded desire and appreciation for natural beauty the directions to some of these beautiful places. Our prayer is that through these images as well as by other means, our Creator will call His people to Himself and be transformed into His likeness. May God bless you in your travels, photography and your personal lives. (Romans 1:20 & 12:2)

Hello Andrew There are many places here as well, which through careless industrial practice have been ruined. But industry standards have become much better in the last thirty years, so in this regard, I think there is hope. Best regards, Chris

It's in Menantico Ponds Wildlife Management Area, just off 49. Park at the boat ramp at the end of the dirt road, walk to the other side of the parking lot, through the woods along the sand road for a minute or so. It is close to where Menantico Creek flows under the railroad tracks. Thanks for your comment Melanie

Beautiful place. Great picture Chris! (L+F) I know there is a translator. I know English a little and I see that if I do not do fixes, translation from Russian into English may look not only hideous, but even offensive. Greetings from Moscow, Andrew

I appreciate any comments you make Andrew. Thank you. We had a lovely trip. Feel free to comment in Russian. Panoramio may translate. Regards, Chris
