My sincere apologies to you if I do not reply to your comments as I have a degenerative eye problem so find it very difficult to see the print and photo's which I could see clearly only a couple of years ago. But I promise to try to reply if I can.
I was an artist, and colour, light, beautiful scenes, facial expressions, unusual angles, flora and fauna formed an integral part of my life - and my country South Africa has a good share of all aspects of this beauty which I'd love to share with you as well. These photographs were all taken before my eyesight became too impaired. Hope you enjoy them!

Have you introduced a new rule to art, or to photography? As for Panoramio, from the very beginning, the site developers were wiser than that allowing for square, panorama, portrait and a myriad of other formats. There are many occasions when vertical dimensions give majesty to a landscape, and this was one of them.
