This is the Pavilion Louvre Rivoli, at 20 Rue Moliere - my wife and I stayed there in May 2008 on our first trip to Paris. I'd recommend it to anyone - the staff were lovely and helpful, and it's ideally placed for sightseeing. Not the cheapest for it's size though - if you are on a budget it could be worth looking elsewhere
