Hi, I'm Berend, born in The Hague but I live in Maassluis since 1969. Previous I only made some snapshots during holidays. In 2007 I bought a digital SLR and started to make pictures as a hobby and not only during holidays. Since 2009 I try to photograph birds, it's like chasing but the birds stays alive. I've uploaded most of my photos in chronological order, so you can make the journey/hike with me. Pictures of my holidays are in labels starting with an asterix (*). I hope you like my pictures and hope to get constructive comments as I have much to learn. PLEASE NO INVITATIONS FOR GROUPS!!! Greetings from the Netherlands.

Karin, mooie laatste plaat!

On reste amis! ☀ Patrick 🌿🐝

At this moment I still want to delete all the pictures H. Greetings Berend

Heel mooi Louisa. Het is weer herfst.

Heel mooi standpunt Louisa! Ipernity

Groeten Gerard

Haha no, just someone with a sense of humour....this was way out in the woop woops as we say.

Right outside our room was quite a sight to see it arrive and the load and turn around quickly and set off for another fjord. These ships travel the whole coast of Norway from Bergen to the very north near the Russian border. (where the US are going to station troops soon). Talk about Cold War 2 will be cold❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️

They were tiny.....there were tiny little red houses dotted all such remote places.....little holiday houses I living up there in winter....the road is closed.

Haha yes Berend...a bit of a difference.....we went on three zig zag roads that day and it was just amazing how the buses could manoeuvre the corners on the narrow roads...I have been on the train across the Nullabor and Oonadatta track...not a zig or a zag there for sure.

Excelente, luz e enquadre. Gosto.
