This is the M42A1 Duster. An Anti Aircraft weapons system built around the Walker Bulldog chassis. It had a gas engine, not diesel and was capable of fairly high speeds when driven on the roads. I had one clocked at almost 40MPH in Vietnam on Hwy 1 once.
