The city, as part of their economic development initiative and the Main Street program, decided this was an eye sore and choked him out by fining the owner of the building for really stupid things. After some time, the owner finally gave in and either asked Ran Horn (Van Gogh in Van Horn) to leave, or Mr. Horn decided to close up shop on his own. Either way, its gone.
