I'm an illustrator and history teacher by profession and I have a special interest in architecture. My photos are of my travels over the past few years. Many are of classic New England scenes, mainly from eastern Massachusetts and especially the Boston area, where I spend most of my time these days.

yeah its in a romanesque style that uses large sandstone and granite blocks of different sizes and rough cut to give the effect that its like a massive medieval European fortress or abbey. That style dominated the 1880s and early 1890s.
