A great shot, amazing camera work.
Bye the way do the Walsall police use Stubbers rd often to catch motorist unaware of the legal speed limit. Is that's why there are no limit signs?
They love to hide in bushes and take photo's. But yours are so much interesting. Really nice detail and exposure.
Oops - cheers. It's Lichfield Trent Valley. Sorted.
A great winter scene (like) thank you for posting. Regards Tony.
Superb! Mystery solved, thank you. I honestly couldn't recall it. Some fine period vehicles there, too - Marina, Escort MK3, princess, Talbot Solara...
Lovely structure, but crossing it leaves me weak at the knees…
Remember them well, thanks, George. I also remember the bike shop that was there before them - Woods. Australians, I believe.
I can still visualise the wall tiling at Gally Chipship. Unless my memory is playing tricks it was a similar vessel as the one on the half-penny (old) piece. Lovely chips as well.
You are right David not your everyday kinda sighting but I did get one the other day in Cumbria where the lady of the household was wrapped up to the nines and helping her husband (assumed) sea fish.
You came across it recently.
We should get more women out fishing - incidentally, my wife took up fishing here in America before I did. So perhaps we can say she got me into it.
Best wishes from (let me check) New Hampshire - David
No sorry I cannot remember the telegraph pole, but I was very busy at that time
