Brownhills Bob's conversations

It's almost certainly a shaft to old mine workings. There were similar structures in North Wales, which had at one time provided access and ventilation for lead mines.

The question is whether this bridge is created by design, or whether someone has pulled the rails inward?

A good bridge for those with a fear of heights!

BRB means Be Right Back :D

Now Bob following in my footsteps is one thing, but changing the shade of green is a bit much!

How times change, City Living!

Always thought if I passed this way of taking a shot of Galton Bridge, and here we have three for the price of one!

I had not actually read up about the Bridge and found that it is one of the highest iron bridges in the world and a Grade I Listed Building...

Never tire of the shots of the Power Station!

Thanks, Bob. I've always liked this spot, too. After the roaring, rushing traffic on the main road this is a portal to an altogether quieter, less hurried world.

Again familiar to me Bob, as my uncle used to live just up the road.

Great building, love the end piece!

Best wishes Peter

Looking down to St. Paul's Square, a familiar sight for me!
