Da war mal eine Schule vom VEB Forsttechnik Waren drin. 1985 habe ich dort die Berechtigung erworben Motorsägenführer auszubilden und die Prüfung abzunehmen. Seit Jahren steht es nun leer und wird nicht besser. Wäre auch ein guter Festspielort. Habe an einem langem lustigem Abend dort schon "La Paloma " auf einem Akkordeon eines Dorfbewohners gespielt. Tolle Akustik mit 2,8 im Turm. :)))

Das ist das Schiffshebewerk Niederfinow am Oder- Havelkanal. Eine sehenswerte Ingenieurleistung aus dem Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts.
