Amazingly flat here.. Looks like a scan of a 1970s photo
I believe I stayed here back in 1972.
I am glad to know what this is, one just landed in my yard.
Sorry Dennis but that is the Mt Remarkable NP...
The Alligator Gorge bit refers to a part of the Mambray Creek that was named as it seems to twist like an alligator...
One of the real joys of the Holiday Season is the opportunity to say Thank You and wish you the very best for the New Year.
Whatever is beautiful. Whatever is meaningful. Whatever brings you happiness. May it be yours this holiday season and throughout the coming year. I personally extend my best wishes for a Happy Holiday season and New Year of joy, peace, happiness and prosperity, and look forward to serving you in the coming year !
Hello Dennis .
Beautiful Photo .I wes lucky to grow up in Emu Park and was at the opening in the early seventies. They had a replice tall ship out in the bay as i recall ,the structure was built and donated by S.W.Kele from Rockhampton.I was curious as to why Yeppoon was labeled on it. Yeppoon is up north a bit and they have always recognised Emu Park as the jewel in the crown of the Capricorn Coast. (That should create a debate!)
how could any one ride that !?!?!?!!!!!!!!
smaller than in the movie
I bet folks are dying to be buried here !
