Well it is the only "life jacket" in this "outback" world. As no telephone network covers this area, this "emergency phone" by solar power is the only way to call for help. In Oz, about 200km to 300km they have set up one in the remote area.

Yes, I miss this too. Melbourne, I do always remember there.
