Looking at your Lake Panorama 4 exposure, I think I see a swimming bird (?) near the picture center, where the rim mirror image fades into the sky mirror image.
Well ... yes you are correct, strictly speaking. The original Ostbahn went from Usiprača towards Međeđa and further on. It did not cross the river Prača in or near Ustiprača. It passed just near this bridge.
This bridge belonged to the railway branch towards Goražde (and onwards to Foča and Miljevina), which was built by the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in year 1939.
