ealaspada's conversations

A very nice image!

Greetings from İstanbul,Bayram

As can be seen from the boarded up doorway, this former Church of Scotland is no longer in use as a place of worship. Its green wooden wals and red corrugated iron roof however still make a striking image by the B871.

Is that a dead goat at the end of the tree?, is it now Goat Carnie?

Haven't sailed here but have stayed here at the climbing hut a few times and is a favourite place. A great shot. best, Andy

Rhys

I've seen other shots of this lake without the weed, but they may have been at a different time of the year. This one was late August 2006. I couldn't translate lluncaws, can you enlighten me?

Pete

This is not a Florida Thatch Palm (Thrinax Radiata) it looks to be a Cocos Nucifera.

I believe you are correct, sir. Thanks!

Glad to help convince you. You better hurry, however, while it's still functioning--nothing I've seen could more look like a ghost town without actually BEING a ghost town...
