Well the best option would probably be to follow the stream down to the Tana river. There are some trouts, LOTS of graylings, no artic chars here, but some aggressive pikes. In general, the further east you go the more "white fish". Area around Børselva is good, you can try the upper parts if you want to fish trout. Luostejokkha (not sure about the spelling) is another good option for canoe trips..this one is south east of Borselv..
