Hi Fabio! You made a great and perfect photo of this Russian super gun, commonly referred to as the Tsar's canon! Installed under Tsar Fyodor Ivanowich (the son of Ivan the Great),in 1586, the gun tells us of the high level of the Russian casting art in the 16th century. Placed for the defense of Moscow it actually never fired a single shot. Of course, it's astounding dimensions keep us in awe to this very day! The gun weighs 40 tons, is 5m,34cm long and has a caliber of 890 mm. It remains to this day to be the largest caliber ever used in any gun!! Many friendly greetings! Anton Trötscher
