I passed this once or twice while based at Mukalla with the R.A.F. Air Sea Rescue launch in 1945/46. I do not remember it having the smart white on it. The road? Was more like a track & certainly had no lights etc. Does anyone know the history of it.

Waste in all kinds, even Humans..
This pic is taken in 2005, how does the place look like now? What made these "Dirty" countries dirty?? Was it because of another "Clean" country (or countries) that simply sucked their resources and then sat down in fancy resorts to "Judge" them?
Anyways, welcome to Egypt, one of the oldest "countries" in the world and civilizations that - actually - invented everything "clean" countries are using in 2009..
