These things are awesome. They are called TARS or Tethered Aersotat Radar System. The largest is nearly double the size of the Goodyear Blimp. There are two at Cudjoe Key, FL. They fly, tethered, at up to 14,000 feet and contain downward looking RADAR used for drug trafficking interception and security. One TARS has a TV broadcast system inside to broadcast TV Marti into Cuba.
