This is looking east to the Tuscarora & Kittatinny Tunnels on the PA TPK, the only set of double tunnels in PA. You can see the outline of the second mountain where the second tunnel is. In between those tunnels is the reservoir for Shippensburg. You are looking from Tuscarora State Forest at what is locally known as HIGH ROCKS along the Tuscarora Trail, which is the highest point along KNOB mountain. The farm directly below High Rocks is Mountain Spring Farm, which includes the fields and buildings all the way down to the West Branch of the Conocogeague Creek (at the tip of the dead branch in the center of the photo) which runs through the entire Amberson Valley to Spring Run, then farther south to Chambersburg.
