Great shot of the only stone bridge of its kind left in the world. (I think the only other one was in Japan and it is no longer there--I could be wrong)
This shot is incredibly beautiful. The area is incredibly beautiful! My ex-business partner grew up on Orr's Island overlooking Lowell's Cove. We went to visit her Mom who still lived there (back in the 80's). I loved it there. I went to visit Sylvia a few times before she passed away. I think I left a little piece of my heart there each time I visited. All of these photos of yours bring back such haunting memories. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Oh, one question...at the end of Bailey Island there was a big gift shop called Land's End with a statue dedicated to all Maine fisherman on the grounds outside of it. The gift shop I believe was gray and had a large wrap around porch surrounding part of it. Does the gift shop and/or the statue still exist?

Again...thank you for the beautiful photos. Donna
My grandmother lives across the way on Ash Point. Such a beautiful place.
