Sorry this took so long, but after doing a little more research, I have found that the correct address for the original location of this lodge is 426 Mendocino Ave. Santa Rosa, Ca. After doing a google earth drop, it looks like I have correctly placed the photo of this lodge at the location it used to be.
I'm not sure about all of it, but some was dumped on the banks of the Santa Rosa Creek. Some of it was found recently during work on the Prince Memorial Greenway. Much of the rubble was removed by rail, so I'm assuming that a lot ended up in the laguna...
