This is looking north at an old motorboat (maybe it was a barge) on the Gnily Tikich river in Zvenygorodka, Ukraine. There's a dam about 1km south of here which creates this lake. People have picnics on the plazh (beach in English) and use the boat as a platform from which they dive and swim.
