I have worked at this plant recently, and you were correct sir, my appologies. the plant was abbandoned back in 2008. However the rail terminals stayd open and are operated and owned by Keyera as ADT Edmonton Terminal. today the Terminal off-loads rail tank cars full of Condensate from Chicago, pipe it up to Fort McMurray. Then pipe it again in the same pipe as crude oil (as to make the crude flow easyer than without) to wherever the pipe line will take it. I was removed from this plant site though due to bad crew relations witch led to a confrontation, in the end both of us involed wer terminated.
