Hi Werner, Thanks; obviously this is a composite pic of four images as there is insufficient distance to see this run of shops and pubs as displayed. Yes, the place doesn't really change much, probably due to it being a Conservation Area. Where do you now live?

Excellent shot Phil, I like the Pyramid in the centre of the arch and I see the M60 is at a stand still for a change.

Hello Neanda, Thank you so much for your kind comments. I actually live EXACTLY where this photo was taken in Heaton Moor in Stockport, England, which is an old Victorian area full of old trees. Where do you live? Cheers, Phil..

Hi krasspetrov, I know this street very well; it's called Vernon Street after Lord Vernon and as you know, it leads up to the market. Looks fairy quiet, probably late afternoon at a guess. Cheers,
Phil

Hi Dragon 64, thanks for your kind comments. Stockport Railway station is on the West Coast railway mainline from London. I was in Thailand in April this year on a tour from Bangkok to Chaing Rai and I found your country to be highly photogenic, having taken almost 1,000 pics. Best wishes, Phil [a Stopfordian {resident of Stockport}]
