Patti and I have a company called Juniper GIS, doing Geographic Information Systems work and training and we got to know the Mahahual area in 2006 while working with Global Visions International doing reef health surveys. We bought this house in 2008 and continue to work with people in Mahahual on mapping and GIS and taught a GIS class in June 2009 at the Travel'in.
