i am a south australian photographer who has been fortunate enogh to travel and shoot extensively across the state, as well as at various other locations around australia - and i've still barely scratched the surface!
many of my photos have been taken on expeditions undertaken with the state branch of the wilderness society, and i also regularly undertake photographic work for the state government's department of environment and heritage

Beautiful shot, Bill. We had the pleasure of paddling through there during the recent flood, with the water spilled out over the flood plains. It may just be my imagination, but I'm sure I could hear the earth giving a contented sigh as it drank in the desperately needed moisture.
