This man-made pond where many wild birds can be seen is located in the pinetree fields behind Aldeia Nova (near the famous beach of Monte Gordo). There is a pedestrian route that connects Monte Gordo directly into this place. A nice place to visit for anyone that likes to enjoy nature. The future Ecovia do Algarve crosses here.
