Even the plaque for Bill 'n Ben is badly typset! Why on earth would you have to paragraphs with only one word in the last line. Or am I being overly critical?
I'm not sure this piece of art has any redeeming factors! When I was a kid in the U.K. many... many years ago, there was a television program called, "Bill 'n Ben, the Flowerpot Men." I think they've been resurrected for this piece!
