Was randomly looking for places to hike and saw that you had stuff posted on here. You should put more pics up.

Cherry Run was once a booming town with a train station, stock yard, baseball field, hotels, restaurants, and schools. In the 1930s the river flooded and washed the town away. There are still a few buildings standing and a handful of locals still live there. On a side note, during the flood, there was one house that was washed away, and another from down the street was washed down and set exactly square on the foundation of the other.

The whole show lasted 15 minutes...the drive there took 45 minutes, we waited for 3.5 hours, the show was 15 minutes, 1.5 hours later we made it out of the parking lot, and another 45 minutes later we were home...but it was a good 15 minutes!

This is a really great spot to do some star gazing. It's so dark up there you can even see the Milky Way.

It's falling water; need I say more?

Wow! My panorama feature really does work!

Do you dare? Just don't look down...unless you enjoy vertigo.

Yes, you can feel it swinging. This is also the only set of hand rails on the mountain.

This sight made us hike a little faster...
