Nice photo of a really ugly place, if you decide to visit it in winter when the flowers are dead.
They could have made it greener, with less cement. Greetings from Greece, Marina

In 1993 - 1994 I lived opposite this very special shaped building. It housed the Kosovo archives as I was told.
