Foi uma pena a CML o ter deixado cair ambos os predios mereciam uma reconstrução mas altos interesses continuam a regular a cidade de Lisboa quase deserta e em ruínas. E sim era o mais estreito do mundo só por isso merecia existir. Fica apenas na memoria de o ter conhecido com moradores simpáticos e em melhor estado de conservação.
