If Har Homa is Illigal, so was the occupation of the West Bank by Jordan and Gaza by Egypt between 1947 and 1967. So much is said of the "Occupation" that it is easy to forget that it was the Arabs that refused to come to terms with the UN. If anything, why didn't Jordan and Egypt give the "Palestinians" their own country instead of annexing Gaza and the West Bank to their own countries. Sir, you are a hypocrite.

The Arab leaders (Arafat) only claimed the title "Palestinian" in the '60s (i.e. PLO). The Palestinians prior to 1948 were Jews, and published the Palestinian Post which is now the JPost. You know that. Now, explain this historical coincidence: Deut. 30:4 "If your outcasts are at the ends of the earth, from there the LORD your God will gather you, and from there He will bring you back.
Deu 30:5 "The LORD your God will bring you into the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it; and He will prosper you and multiply you more than your fathers.
Deu 30:6 "Moreover the LORD your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, so that you may live.
who knows ? but forgetting mythology, the FACT is that for the UN, for international legislations and for all countries in the world (except one, of course) this site is in Palestine, occupied by Israel. Take it as you like...
the principle of apartheid is separate development, the separation being made on a racial criterion (here ethno-religious). The road separate two populations in the same area, one local the other imported, the effect of a racist colonial policy.
